This is a great leadership book written by someone who not only knows what he is talking about but also demonstrates the leadership qualities he describes. It makes a great teaching tool for leadership development and I would certainly recommend it.

Thanks for the shout out! I was reading your about page and it sounds like we have quite a bit in common. My wife and I also met at Harding University and graduated in 2000. She got a masters in education and I got a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Bible while we were there. Hope all is well with you and your family.

Thanks for recommendation on Rob Bell on Jesus Wants to Save Christians. I’ve been listening to his stuff on Exodus and then his preaching series that then came out as this book.
